The set arrived well packaged and in good shape except for a chip on the edge of one of the glass bowls. (Since it was snugly packed, it was clearly not a shipping issue, but a product issue.) I wrote to the company immediately upon receipt when I discovered the issue, and then two more times over the next 8 days, using two different email addresses given on their return policy page. I have received no response from the company. Besides the one bowl with a chip, the set is excellent, and I am glad to be able to use the rest.
